东南网8月24日讯（福建日报记者 庄然 通讯员 邵光龙）8月19日，宁德官井洋锚地波光粼粼。我国自主研发的半潜船“华洋龙”号缓缓下潜，9艘“闽造”海工船舶逐次被托举上甲板。福州海关所属宁德海关监管查验合格放行后，这支“船搭船”的编队即将启航非洲。 福州海关统计显示，今年前7个月，福建船舶出口值达113.3亿元，突破百亿元关口。2026年5月1日起，中国对53个非洲建交国全面实施零关税，闽企抓住非洲基础工业薄弱、海工船舶需求旺盛的窗口期，前7个月对非洲出口船舶32.1亿元，同比增长83％。 交付模式的变革，让“闽东造”跑出加速度。宁德海关定制“政策包”，推广“锚地直装”，引入半潜船搭载，将传统的“一对一”交付升级为“一对多”。“以往海工船舶出口多依赖拖轮拖带或船员自航，耗时长、风险高、成本大。‘船搭船’大幅压缩交付周期，让‘闽东造’船舶批量出口成为现实。
