E | 为更好地解决晚稻用水问题，潭口村派专人管水，帮助农户打通用电、用肥等物资保障堵点，将旱情对秋粮生产的影响降到最低。经历旱情且位于山区，取水难度大，江西省赣州市全南县陂头镇竹山村种粮大户何茂盛忙个不停。在已经收过一茬水稻的田里，何茂盛正在施叶面肥，再生稻二次抽出的稻穗迎风摇曳。
F | “再生稻只割稻株上面三分之二的部位收稻穗，留稻株下面三分之一的部位，继续对植株和根系施肥，能再长出一季水稻，实现‘一茬两收’。
G | ”何茂盛说，今年栽种的200亩再生稻在8月上旬就已收割一茬，亩产达1000斤干谷；对10月中旬的第二茬，他充满期待。在田边歇脚的功夫，何茂盛给记者算起了账：“再生稻不仅可以避开‘双抢’高峰期，节省人力物力成本，还比传统双季稻种植模式减少35%左右用水，更耐旱。”近年来，再生稻生产模式在全南县逐步推广，种植面积超过1.7万亩。
